I would move to Chicago just to be near this market. I wish we had one back home in Boston. Clean, really goid homemade ready made hot and cold food, fresh produce. Awesome service and affordable prices

Great place for fresh produce! Always stocked with quality meats. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and organized. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for fresh products and good service.

We avoided shopping at Lewis Fresh Market for quite a while, but once we finally gave it a try, it quickly became our favorite grocery store in the area. The quality of their chicken and lamb is outstanding—easily some of the best we've found, even compared to many well-known markets and specialty meat shops. While I haven't personally tried their other meat selections yet, based on the quality we've experienced so far, I'm confident they are excellent as well. Their produce has been equally impressive. We've purchased some of the sweetest strawberries and best-tasting mangoes we've had in a long time. Everything always looks fresh, well-stocked, and carefully maintained. What really stands out is the consistent quality throughout the store. The shopping experience is pleasant, the products are fresh, and it's clear that they take pride in what they offer. Lewis Fresh Market has exceeded our expectations, and it has become our go-to place for groceries. Highly recommended!

May not necessarily be the largest supermercado in Waukegan or Lake County but possibly the most popular as well as the most advertised by the local radio station. I will admit that for the most part when I'm in here, I primarily come here for the tacos in the back, formerly made up front which is where they make fresh juice. My wife who was born & raised in Honduras will stop in to shop from time to time but I'm definitely here once a week for some savory steak tacos. This place has everything you could ask for in a Latino market plus their produce dept reigns supreme. I definitely do love stopping over the bakery dept as well for some treats. I do wish the owner(s) continued success and prosperity heading into the holiday season, into a new year and beyond. Keep making them awesome tacos and I'll keep coming around for more!

This place is the best, especially when your looking to get the best value for your money spent. The service is very helpful and sincerely friendly throughout the store. All the departments are great, especially the produce selection which is large with lots and lots to choose from at fantastic prices, even for organic. It has a really nice freshly made pastry area where you select your items and they wrap them. The hot bar and salad bar are the best deal anywhere with a large selection and great prices per pound. Wish I could have taken more photos but the store was full of customers because they have lots of items to choose from.🤗
